THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million times, and it still fails miserably. The material is cheap, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisitem without being ashamed. I'm check here so frustrated that I wished I'd purchased something usable instead. Save
